ART. 01Who we are

This privacy policy is from Liuma Digital, established in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 76795578). Liuma Digital designs and builds websites for entrepreneurs. For privacy questions you can email info@liumadigital.nl.

ART. 02What data we process

We only process the data you provide to us yourself or that is needed to run our website:

Data you enter in the contact form or email us: your name, email address, phone number (if you enter it) and the content of your message.
Data we need to carry out an assignment, such as company name and billing details.
Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, so the website works securely and properly.

ART. 03Why we use your data

To respond to your message and prepare a proposal or quote.
To carry out an assignment and communicate with you.
To keep our administration and invoicing.
To keep the website secure and working properly.

ART. 04On what legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when you get in touch), to perform an agreement, to comply with a legal obligation (such as the retention obligation for invoices) or on the basis of a legitimate interest, such as the security of our website.

ART. 05How long we keep your data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We keep messages via the contact form for as long as needed to handle your query. Data relating to an assignment and invoices are kept for the statutory period of seven years.

ART. 06Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our service, such as our hosting provider, the contact-form provider and Google (for Google Analytics). We make agreements with those parties about handling your data carefully. We also share data where legally required.

ART. 07Cookies

This website uses functional cookies needed to run the site properly. We also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is visited, but only after you have given consent via the cookie notice. If you do not give consent, no analytics cookies are placed. Your IP address is anonymised. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies. To display fonts, a connection to Google Fonts may be made, during which an IP address may be processed.

ART. 08Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing and request your data in a portable file. To do so, email info@liumadigital.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

ART. 09Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. The website works via a secure connection (https).

ART. 10Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The most current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
